I have hired several companies in the past and they were not reliable, didn't do a thorough job, or didn't even show up at times. I wish I would have bought my hot tub from them!  I am a new pool owner, and I can take fresh samples of my pool water there and they test it for free.  After testing they provide a list of chemicals I need to treat my pool.  They are always really nice to me and always help me load my chemicals into my car when I buy in bulk. Not knowing if I was going to go that route, Clare still patiently spent at least 30 minutes on the phone not expecting anything…just pure kindness! Months later, after kicking other pool options out, I decided on an above ground pool after all. The problem with that was I couldn’t remember which company she was with but I knew I NEEDED to find the one lady with an accent…the person I didn’t forget about! I called each pool shop until I finally found Clare! Now I’m the very happy owner of a 15x30 pool which included installation, pump, vacuum, chemicals, and pool school! Pools can be pretty intimidating but Jason was very patient and made pool school enjoyable! Actually the entire process was seamless and it’s all because this team works so well together!
