Once your new pool is full of water, a proper start up is critical to protect the new plaster and equipment that you’ve paid thousands for. Our trained service technicians will start the equipment and program the schedules to ensure the pool is circulating the recommended amount of time to maintain clean and clear water. After testing, we will add chemicals to balance the water in accordance with NPT guidelines. This is essential in protecting and prolonging the life of the pool finish and equipment. For customers with salt systems and heaters, another visit after 30 days is recommended to start these components up as they should never be used initially until the plaster has had time to begin to cure and all of the plaster dust has dissipated. We also provide a pool school at this time to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable with maintaining the pool and operating all components of the system.
