They're honest, reasonable and very attentive to issues of your pets and property--I've used them 5 plus years. They DO NOT run up a huge tab on your credit card without your consent for unnecessary chemicals and equipment which is what I experienced from my last pool service provider (Lake Air Pool Service/LAPS).
